Big oil money predicted for McGavick

Now that Cantwell has scored a big win for the environmentalists by beating back plans to drill for oil in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, Seattle Times guest columnist predicts the oil industry will strike back by pouring millions in to the McGavick campaign.

There is, no doubt, some truth to this.
